All You Can Eat Churros!!!!!

 Have you ever seen the movie "Book of Life"?  There is an awesome line in the movie where one of the characters says "And all you can eat churros" and this line was going through my head over and over again in our adventure today.  We have made some wonderful friends in Chucena already.  Our friend Luisa invited us over for churros and when she said churros she meant churros.  She just kept cooking and cooking and cooking.  They were so delicious and we basically had churos for dinner tonight.
This home is one of those wonderful places where all sorts of people just come and go comfortably popping in and out saying hi and getting a bite to eat.  We get to converse with so many different people as they come and go.  Our friends don't care if we speak Spanish or not they just continue to speak to us and try to help us understand.  It is one of the many reasons we are where we are.  We love it

 A few side notes.  This meeting room you see in the picture is their winter gathering room.  It was actually their garage transformed.  They have a fire in the corner a large area for cooking, storing food, a nice large table, and a play area for kids to play.

A normal practice here is for the main large table to have a thick curtain like table cloth all around it.  The purpose of this cloth is to contain heat.  There is a heating element on the floor in the middle of the table.  At one house I saw the heat was coming from an electric heater, and at the house tonight it was a small pot of hot ashes under the table.  Then as you can see from the picture when you sit at the table you lift the cloth like a blanket and let the warmth wrap over you.  It is amazing.

Also they have a bird and Kaden and Jacob had so much fun playing with it.
