Getting Home

If you know anything about children you understand that traveling with children can be a challenge.  Even if you have your own car you can pack the car once or twice and you just have to keep them entertained for a certain amount of time, travel can be a challenge.  WELL...  Add not having our own car so we take Taxis and train everywhere, we switch from each of these things with our luggage in tow, lots of other people around with crowds needing to get where they are going as well,  I can say the traveling is the most stressful part of our trip so far.  Just the logistics of the process is a little daunting.
On New Years Day Morning we had a taxi driver (a man from church) scheduled to come pick us up.  Because it was new years day he could not find anyone else to come get us so we had to do 2 trips.  I (Pamela) went with Miranda, Makenna, and Kaden, to the train station first.  We took half the luggage and waited there for the rest of the family to arrive.  We were only about 10 minutes from the train station so it wasn't to bad (we allowed ourselves lots of time, it is never good to be in a hurry with all the kids and our luggage)
This top picture is our luggage circled up.  I laughed because when I was doing it the kids started talking about ow the pioneers that crossed the plains would circle their wagons at night for protection, I told the that is what we were doing because we had to wait for about 40 minute to board our train.  The real reason I circled the luggage was to form a barrier to keep them all in but i guess the pioneers circle probably had the same purpose, they also needed to give the kids a limit that they wanted to to stay within.
We took a 2 hour train ride down to Sevilla, Spain.  From this point our travel plans got a little fuzzy.  The plan was to get from the train station to the bus station and then we would have to wait 4 hours to catch a bus out to Chucena, Spain (where we will be living)  When we arrived in Sevilla we took 2 taxis over to the bus station but then we got wonderful news.  Our contact in Sevilla had organized rides for us out to Chucena so that we didn't have to wait for the bus.  Hooray!!!!!
2 wonderful Men from Chucena came and picked us up from the bus station loaded up all of our luggage into their

cars and we rode out the 20 minute drive to Chucena.  In Chucena friends were waiting in the house to welcome us and explain any questions we had.  It was Amazing!!!!  What a wonderful welcome to our new home.
